My wife and I have used Eric and Alcove Companies for years. He always treats us with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Eric listened to what we wanted done and provided to us options that would fit our needs for replacing windows, front door and repairing some bad siding. His crew showed up we we were told they would, they were polite, worked hard and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. We are very pleased with the entire process start to finish and are sure to use Alcove on any future projects.
Eric and his crew were professional and very competent. We are very happy with our screen porch and receive compliments on it all the time. It was also nice of Eric to come all the way from Omaha to Bedford which is over 100 miles. We would certainly recommend Eric and Alcove!
Eric was the best. He walked me through every step of the process. He dealt with the insurance company and helped pick out a great color match roof to go with my house. His guys were very prompt and finished my roof quickly. I am very impressed and will be using them again.
