I reached out for an apartment at alcove via email and I didn’t receive a response, I than went into the lease office and there was a note on the door saying they’ll be back at 12:40pm , I was there in my car in the heat until 1:30 pm and no one showed up ! So I proceeded and went leased an apartment in a different area that same day 🤷🏻♂️
There is a reason all the the reviews are bad. don’t expect to get a deposit back, don’t expect to get laundry done, don’t expect maintenance to do anything within a reasonable time frame. If you get packages delivered to your door and you don’t have a camera, kiss the package good bye. These people bed and plead for a good review but turn around and continue with shady practices. WELL FOR THE FIRST THING PPL ON FIXED INCOME OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL SHOULD NOT BE PAYING $700 $800 PLUS ON STUDIO APARTMENTS!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH THAT PRICE!! THE AREA MANAGER IS Price gouging Plus some of these units need a lot of work. Criminals are put in stolen cars on the property.
