Terrible communication. Waited on them to fill their part of disability for maternity leave out for a week. And when I asked about it. It still wasn't completed. Still waiting for it to be completed while I sit with my son in the nicu. They are unempithetic and lazy. I wish my company didn't out source them they are terrible
I've worked with several PEO's in the past, and Alcott HR is by far the best experience I've ever had. Everyone, in every department, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
We have worked with Alcott since 1999. They have been very good to work with, provide great service, and save us aggravation. It is perfect for the business that cannot justify a HR person or department. They keep employee headaches and compliance issues at bay. Their service provides "peace of mind". Highly recommended.
I can see I'm far from the first person with complaints about this business. There are 2 things, thus far, that I take issue with. Firstly, if you are a business owner, you should know that Alcott actively attempts to get your employees to quit, and take jobs at other Alcott companies. I'm a welder, and they send me emails inviting me to apply at other factories. Secondly, I've never been without insurance as long as I've been employed anywhere. Suddenly, I have no insurance. This by far has been one of the worst HR organizations I have ever seen. I left my company as a full-time employee back in December 2022 and now we are in August and my issue has not been resolved. I don’t know how many times I’ve called Alcott HR regarding my 401(k) plan, and each time I call them I get a different person. I have left messages for them to call me back, they never do, and if I were to reach a person, I’ve been told they would call me back the next day with information. And that seldom ever happened.
