BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I was given false information related to the "service charges" to get me to sign up for their service (rather than their competitors). At the time for deinstallation; I specifically asked about charges as I was trying to schedule a time for deinstallation. I told the rep that if there were going to be additional charges, I needed to schedule the deinstallation after my payday. Otherwise, I had received confirmation from the DOT that the requirement for use was up and I could have it removed.... read more
