I had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and my nail technician was very attentive. She helped me choose the perfect design, and my nails turned out stunning! The salon was clean, and the products used were high quality. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!
Today I went to this salon for a dip powder service. When got there the salon was busy. I asked how long I need to wait and she told me 20 minutes. After about an hour I still was waiting . She lied to me just to keep customer. I lost my time today that I could go to another salon . After waiting one and a half hours I left the salon with not doing my nail. This is the best nail salon in San Ramon, and possibly the entire tri-valley area. The facility is clean, the service is detailed, and the technicians are friendly. I’ve received both manicures and pedicures here and have saved myself from seeing a podiatrist for some of the issues I’ve had with my nails. I used to go 1-2 times a year, but I’ve loved it here so much that I’ve been going almost monthly simply because they provide great care.
