My dad originally reached out to Alcor Construction for a roof quote and was paired with your partner, Val Konseko. Included in the roofing contract was a 5 year warranty. Following an inspection where my father was dinged for the roof Val just completed for him little over a year ago, he reached out to him. Val has only responded with unprofessionalism and rudeness.
