Took truck for a flat fix and rotation of tires and was told both are completed. I Marked tires to see if rotation was done, NOT!!! I'm glad I marked them. TIRE went flat overnight. Not a good service department
I have been shopping for a truck for almost 6 months . I stopped in a week ago and the truck selection was not what i was looking for. Alex came out and met with me and offered to locate what i was looking for. The next day he reached out to me and located the exact truck that i wanted! I traded in my old truck to them and picked up my truck on Friday. Alex was great to deal with and made the whole transaction seamless! thanks Alex!
Today I was in a poor position as we are heading downstate for our daughters wedding. Our truck is packed/ready and I headed to Lincoln for supplies at the Lincoln Market. A low tire dummy light popped on so I rolled into Alcona Motors midday. Service writer Julie (the best) went out of her way to assist and Chris the technician went way above and beyond to get the tire repaired. I both grateful to be a loyal customer and thankful Alcona Motors has people like Julie and Chris! You two saved us and it is appreciated.!
I recently had a very frustrating experience with Alcona Motors, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid a similar situation. I brought my truck in for some work on February 8th, and after waiting three months, I finally got it back on May 8th. Unfortunately, what I received was far from satisfactory. First off, when I picked up my truck, I noticed that the vertical support panel wasn't even put back together properly.
