The staff are unprofessional. Can hear them gossiping about patients and workers down the hall. Clearly very poorly managed by Dawn Melching.
Very nice staff haven't had any issues.
I cant get Katie Morell or her team to get a hold of me I need my insulin renewed completely out I need help on advice on what to do without insulin too 6 days now mo h e.t ll how is this caring for your patient

Completely incompetent staff. From billing wrong insurance companies, not billing guarantor for 9 months, to not responding to medical records forms. Supposed retraining was to be done. Obviously not! Staff is totally incompetent!
