We had our windows installed by this company three years ago, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One thing potential customers should be aware of is that if you have a serious issue and want them to correct their mistakes, they will require you to sign an agreement stating that you will not post negative reviews about your experience. Alcon Windows and Doors just finished installing all my impact windows and doors. The experience has been great. The process of contract, work and completion of the work was smooth and on schedule. They did a very good job, all the windows and doors has very good quality, they are strong and they did an excellent finish work. The crew was excellent, hard workers, and respectful, the office staff very attentive and responsive. Very satisfied with the overall work. Highly recommend them.
