Very dysfunctional and poorly managed company. After tearing up our property along our side street because the road needed to be reconstructed for a new development behind our property, we waited all summer for them to finish the work. Asked Alcon several times about finishing it but got no response. When Alcon finally came back, the landscaping they did was ridiculous. This company took months to pay their bill and when they finally paid their bill, because I stopped in to their office grab the check, the check was for the wrong amount. I still don't have the difference paid and it likely wont get paid. I've called and emailed several times with no response. As the owner of a small business I'm really disappointed with this company, I could tell I wasn't the only one they owed money to.
