Since Raymond has come on board I no longer dread my trips up there. He is pleasant, kind, helpful, smart, respectful, and most of all patient. I live an hour away and travel to this location because they are much cheaper than any where else I found. I had a lot of trouble out of my devices when I first had this installed but the guys that work there have always been helpful and understanding that the device is old.
