I brought someone here 5/28/2026, we were not able to be seen do to some miscommunication. No worries, we rescheduled for 6/1/2026. We arrive at our appointment time. The guy comes up to us and says "we aren't doing installs at this location anymore. I don't have any other information for you. You'll have to call the 1-800 number (call center) and they can give you more information." they will give you faulty equipment and offer no support. just an awful fraudulent, company. if you are given option, DO NOT choose them.
Manager is cooland explains stuff well. Takes care of the issues and generally seems like a good dude. Product does what its supposed to and price is reasonable.
