I requested a refund because we chose to go through another organization due to timeliness, and have yet to receive it or any update - this was 3 weeks ago. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Most of the staff has been extremely rude. We did work with a counselor there previously and while she was great, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I began here in February and this has been a wonderful team to work with and the management that took over last year has been making phenomenal changes. I have been impressed with the programs available and am excited to continue working here helping this agency grow.
My experience with this service went well and is still going very well. Cindy is an amazing counselor to work with and understands each individuals goals and what she needs to help with I will always recommend her if you are seeking treatment. Cindy makes it comfortable in every step of sobriety.
