Nasty and rude customer service representatives that do not care at all about their customers. Nearly impossible to get them on the phone. All they care about is money and they purposely ignore you until you are forced to pay more money. The only extension that answers the phone is billing. Easily the worst company i have ever had to experience. I recommend using ANY other company. It can not get any worse than dealing with these people.
Horrible customer service. Arrogant, condescending, dictatoral, staff. I would never promote thus company.
i have been having issues with this company since April. they were automatically deducting from my bank account since i signed up in Nov 2018. they credited my account for calibrations i paid for out of pocket, when the calibrations are to be included in my monthly fee. they said it was a customer courtesy. they credited me 4xs. after i had words with Taylor, their customer service rep, the automatic payments stopped.
