They have taken care of my family's financial safety for three generations. Always friendly, courteous, and genuinely caring.
The staff are very friendly and polite. As far as a credit union goes this seems to be a very good one. I have been with them for over 10 years. My only gripe is they still don't offer samsung pay support. This was a big reason I bought the s6 edge+. I been waiting patiently but it seems like they will never offer support for Samsung pay. I don't want to switch to a larger big name bank just to be able to use this feature but it looks like that is my only option at this time. I love this credit union! The staff is very friendly and a help to the community!!
Never again will I make another CECU auto payment at ATCU. Supposed to be a sister located to CECU and I made my truck payment there and they didn't transfer it over to CECU. So never ever again will I do that.
Everyone is so nice and helpful! They also get involved with the community which is great!
