I had a job opportunity contingent upon a debt consolidation loan in order to have my credit level reach a certain juncture. I did not get the job because the credit union turn down my loan. I had been a member for more than 20 years but I will be removing my account. This business is not about helping community members. Amy Jones and Her upper management couldn't care less about what happens to its members.
Foothills Branch is top notch. Called and talked with Elizabeth T. during the day. Told her what I wanted to do and she said we can get that done. Showed up after work she had all the paperwork already filled out and explained it all signed my name and was done that easy.
Been with them now almost 30 years have never had anything but OUTSTANDING service. Would NOT Bank anywhere else. PS Dana is wonderful to work with.. in the Mortgage Dept..

The Alcoa branch is great! I went to the foothills branch and have been for so long, they wouldn’t take a check with a name problem. (I’m guessing she was new). I told her I have been doing the same thing for years, and she didn’t look back far enough to look at proof. I was pretty irritated and went to the Alcoa branch and they immediately deposited it like they should.
