Did not provide follow up service for work that was just out of warrantee, you would think masonry work around a pool would last more than two years, or if there was a problem they would service, I strongly do not recommend
This company was recommended to me. I called them twice, 5 days apart, for an estimate and no one ever called me back. Disappointing.
Sunrise pools recommend this company to do our decking . Sunrise informed us that they will call us for an appointment , that never happened . I called them and spoke with Steve and set up an appointment took off from work no Steve. Rescheduled Steve came out measured and decking was completed . Asked to extend our decking around pool. Made appointment with Steve someone else came and measured a month ago . No estimate quote . Called Steve several times no response . Their work was amazing. They also were able to adjust the schedule to accommodate our pool plaster getting done. The guys on the job site were professional and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend these guys!
