I would like to review the product, but I opted not to receive it because their shipping costs were more than the product! Also, the shipping amount was not determined until AFTER the product was ordered and paid for. I've purchase a variety of merchandise and ALWAYS know what the shipping costs are at the time of purchase. ALCO's shipping policies are outrageous!
Megan is the best /knowledgeable about products.ALCO has what I need . They Will call MFR. to confirm correct part for my repair for my customer.
At every step, Alco Sales made it the most difficult process of purchasing a very small, important part. I was charged extra fees (1 for a small order, another for shipping and handling, and a third for actual shipping costs). Just the ordering process alone was completely arduous. I had to make a request, wait for an e-mail estimate, make the order, confirm the order, and confirm even again before the order was finally made. If I never have to work with this company again, it will be too soon.

I called ALCO 6/18/18 with a request for an unique motorized wheelchair. I spoke with Jim the director of operations, who was very courteous and helpful. He directed me to Kim who was equally polite and very professional. The chair was shipped the next day. My experience with ALCO couldn’t have been better. I would recommend them for all your medical equipment needs.
