Did a terrible job installing our new counters. Read Tristen M.'s review for our full review. They are ignoring our calls and the owner "Kim" Was supposed to call us back and discuss this issue but has yet to. Review will change if something is done. Highly unsatisfied and severely disappointed.
Edit: We've tried several times to contact Alco to fix their mistakes. Our phone calls go unanswered unless we call from a different number, and Kim the "owner" said she would talk to "Jeff" (the installer) and get back with us. She has not done so. This is severely disappointing, especially since we are neighbors and have recommended Alco in the past to customers several times. We will no longer be doing so.
