Met Darrell at the "Big" home show at Cal Expo. He came out and gave us an estimate. Explained options, no sales pitch. Warned us in advance that our project would not be inexpensive based on the options we were considering. We went with Hardie cement fiber siding ,new windows and complete exterior repaint. Their crew was efficient and did quality work. Had to work around a delay in Sacramento County issuing our building permit, and rain. But the end result is amazing.
We worked with Darrell from Alco Exteriors, and he has been so fantastic throughout the entire process. He was timely, communicative, and available for any questions or updates. After our siding was installed he paid a personal visit to ensure we were happy with it and promptly had any concerns taken care of. Inspection passed easily and we are just so happy with our whole experience. We would absolutely recommend Alco to anyone looking to get their home exterior done.
Alco Exteriors have a great team filled with talent. Mike has wonderful customer service. He really took time with us to pick out the best siding and gave us a great deal on the windows.
