Horrible horrible customer service since the new owners took over in may 2023!! They don't answer their phones, never ever return phone calls, nor when asked for a call back from the Manager, they never call back!! I would never recommend them, and i rate them a 0.. been calling for days now and no return call!!
Service location is nice experience, efficient and kind always. Corporate needs work, my statement has no due date, 888- area code, help line, message service only! 24hr., emergency number, tried 2 occasions, a recording of business hours, left stranded for 5hours, and used used company truck to get get home after 10hr shift. 2 provisions taking/pocketing my money, monthly
Sergio is a blessing. You guys get a star bc of him but If it wasn’t for him I would’ve switched companies a long time ago because the rest of this company is pathetic! Don’t answer phones, don’t call you back, they show up late and leave early. Their machines always on the fritz and they just want to blame you. They will literally leave you stranded! Thank you Sergio
