I’ve had the worst experience with this company. The representative misled me and lied to me. I was told they were gonna come out and they didn’t come out this is the third time that they left me stranded. This is probably the worst company that you can get if there is any worse I don’t know.They don’t care if you get stranded or get hurt they only care about the money.
Mike was very kind, patient, accommodating, and very professional. He went above and beyond. This could've been a huge headache, but with his help, things got taken care of quickly.
