These guys are sneaky. They don't send the bills out on time, they don't tell you how much it is to remove the interlock. They only tell you that your balance is 0 and that you don't have to pay and I understand that's for the monthly payments on the interlock, but when making the appointment for the removal i was not told what location to go to so I drove all the way to Santa Clara assuming that's where I needed to go because that's where I had been going for my calibrations.
