My hairstylist is amazing, my daughter and I drive from far to get her service
Very disappointed with the Stylist Jen, she booked my daughter for 1:30 on a Sat. When we arrived she was finishing another client, that’s fine, I stepped out while my daughter waited and after 20 mins they said oh I didn’t see your appointment so I took the next client. You’re welcome to wait an hour. To spend $90 +tip for a hair cut, I expect excellent service. It’s truly not worth the cut. We were going for experience we lived Michelle but unfortunately she will not get our business either.
I love this salon! I book with Izzy and not only is she fast and does a great job, but she has a great vibe! So happy to have found such a lovely place in Sacramento to get pampered!
