I have been working with Josse for almost a year, and I've had great results! The nutritional consultations, combined with acupuncture have guided me to a totally new way of eating and thinking about food. I was a bit reluctant to make some of the changes initially, as bad habits had become a comfort. Now that I've incorporated many nutritional suggestions into my daily life, my menopause symptoms have dramatically improved. My overall health feels much better, I've lost weight and I've had many non-scale victories like healthier nails, improved eye color, clear skin, very infrequent headaches, etc. Your health can dramatically change when you put them time into making good choices for your body and supplementing with great nutritional aids. Josse and Daniel are great to work with, I would encourage anyone who is seeking their best health to give them a call.

I will hive it 5 stars even thought i have not taken classes or used them yet just by meeting them & being in their place! I am so elated to see this business open in Encinitas I had a great conversation with Daniel I honestly believe this business will do well & be a great contribution to the community !
