As a first-time home buyer, Kim was an amazing agent to help guide me and my girlfriend through a competitive market. I had a time limit for my present lease as well. Kim was patient and attentive throughout the whole process. She provided us a lender that gave us a great rate. Our first offer got accepted almost 3 weeks after the offer was made.
