Alchemy Properties - what an apt name, as my time with Kim was pure magic. We had a hard sale, because it was my mom’s house of 30 years and the center of our family life. As a first-time home buyer, Kim was an amazing agent to help guide me and my girlfriend through a competitive market. I had a time limit for my present lease as well. I’ve said this many times to Kim during my first home buying experience and she is simply the best. She is so patient and understanding.
