I have had two services with Alchemy and have to say this is the best pest control service I have had. Both times the technician was very courteous and called at least 15 min prior to service to allow for me to get my dogs out of the yard. They fully de-webbed my garage and deck areas which was a deffinite plus. I have not seen a single pest in my house since I started using Alchemy. Stay away from this company! Have new property in Raleigh and set up first appt to have initial treatment done. Drove all the way up from Fayetteville, NC to be there for scheduled appt. While I'm waiting at the property I get a phone call from the service tech stating that he is going to be almost 2hrs late! I'm a good shopper who enjoys quality and neccesary affordability. I've done my homework. Alchemy Pest Control meets this standard for Raleigh/Cary area. Adam (my technician) is a full-on Sherlock. He takes his time. No mindless spray and run. He finds the source of problems. Had a lady bug infestation. Fixed. Attacked by zombie ants. :-) Fixed. And several other varieties of NC bugs. Fixed. Since we started using Alchemy pest control service three years ago we have never had a bug problem of any kind. We have used many other pest control services in the past, but Alchemy is by far the best in every way. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous, clean, and thorough.
