In April 2023, as newcomers to Vermont, we initially hired a painter with seemingly excellent reviews to paint our home. Joel is a master painter! He’s completed painting for me inside and outside my old house (1837), this past summer and did a beautiful job. A number of people have commented on how good the house, garage, doors and shutters look. He is also a good carpenter and fix-it man, able to work on uneven surfaces. He is creative and flexible when something unexpected turns up, like rotten boards on the barn/ garage needing to be replaced. Joel did an excellent job of preparing and re-coating our porch.It hadn't been done in some time so it was a big job. He made it look like new. We were not there at the time he did the work, so he kept us informed and sent photos of his progress.I felt I could trust him absolutely to do the job properly. He exceeded even our high expectations.
