I’ve been a loyal customer for two years and prior to last week, I would have HIGHLY recommended this business. Unfortunately I can’t recommend Alchemy of Hair to anyone now. I was (still am) sick with a sinus infection and had to reschedule my appointment. It was not within 48 hours because I wasn’t sick 48 hours prior to my appointment (I work with kids and a virus is going around). When attempting to reschedule, I was informed that the fee to cancel would be HALF of the service charge (+$100). I can completely understand ... read more
I love working with Jamie at Alchemy! The atmosphere the staff creates is welcoming and fun...I am always laughing when I am in there! The decor is divine and my hair always looks oh so lovely! Thanks Alchemy team!
Made an appointment only to have it cancelled 18hrs before my time. “She doesn’t do that process. Can you come in at another time?” When I stated I turned down work for the appointment and they have a strict cancellation rule, she chuckled and tried to blow it off. Disrespectful! Forget them!
