We recently used Paul and his Alchemy Catering team for our first in-person Holiday Dinner in 3 years - and we were so excited for the experience! Paul was so great to work with, and very communicative about what we needed to provide and what he would handle with his team. He was able to adjust the menu to accommodate our various food allergy needs, and the overwhelming feedback from our employees was that the food was fabulous and amazing.
