I asked for a certain cut, specifically stated what I DID NOT want, even had a picture. If it could not be done, I should have been told. I thought I could trust the process, and even thought it would look good after getting home and fixing it myself. This is the worst cut I have ever received! The job was sloppy and half-assed done. Olivia is the absolute best!! I’ve been going to her since 2019! She takes time to understand what you want and Olivia really cares about the health of your hair. Olivia always has creative ideas. The salon is comfortable and calming. Also they have the best coffee!

Completely unacceptable behavior from the workers. They were making racist remarks while my sister in law was getting her hair done. She was scheduled with the Hispanic girl, they told us she was fired and they were talking loud and negatively about her. We clearly see why she was let go (RACISM). The whole place needs a professional conversation from the owner.

Lily-Cate did amazing on my girlfriend's hair. She loves it and looks beautiful. After a lot of negative experiences in other salons' she was super excited about how her appointment went and will definitely be going back.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with lily-cate! she took me from drab to fab and my hair feels (and looks) absolutely amazing! she let me know what she was doing step by step, and made me feel super comfortable. 100/10 recommend!
