Over confidence & under deliver. I have debated writing this review as it makes me feel horrible to talk down on someone however I've tried to contract the salon twice now to speak privately about my experience with no response, and they don't answer their phones. I saw Shelby on Saturday 4/26...what a mistake. She charged me $200 to have me leave looking worse than I came in. Hannah is absolutely incredible. I can’t say enough good things about her services. I’ve seen her for blonde, bronde, brunette, you name it and she can do it impeccably! 10/10
I'm choosing not to disclose the hair stylist/color expert. This professional was kind & friendly, but unfortunately, I did not find a great color artist. With the prices they charge, I expected to have something resembling the look I was going for. Instead, I paid a fortune for one of the worst color jobs ever. Beware! Over confidence, under delivering & a lack of accountability has been my experience.
I just got my hair colored by Alanna. She did an excellent job and her attention to detail went above and beyond. The whole experience was luxurious. She gives you the option of enjoying yummy snacks and drinks, provides a relaxing shampoo in the COMFY sink AND beautiful results when she's done. Thank you for everything, Alanna!
