Professional Talesha Reynolds was kind and friendly. She took great care of my hair going to extreme lengths to protect it during lightening service. She did a great job when it comes to the protection though the toning didn't quite workout as I was expecting and she offered to retone it but I instead chose to go elsewhere to get it retoned and she then offered to a refund for the toner. I would 100% recommend Talesha for her customer service skills and the fact she put costumer satisfaction first.
Over confidence & under deliver. I have debated writing this review as it makes me feel horrible to talk down on someone however I've tried to contract the salon twice now to speak privately about my experience with no response, and they don't answer their phones. I saw Shelby on Saturday 4/26...what a mistake. She charged me $200 to have me leave looking worse than I came in.
