I have been happy with Matt & Chris and the work they have done for multiple vehicles of mine. They do great work and have always communicated well. They also do a great job of being thoughtful of what really needs to be repaired/replaced. Better experience than a dealership for sure.
Had to have lifters and VLOM replaced on my wife’s 2015 suburban. Unfortunately upon completion of the lifters it was discovered that our radiator had a leak. Was able to to source a new one and still had it done in time for the agreed upon completion time.
Found this shop recently after doing a google search for Jeep repair. Staff were great at communicating & explaining the diagnostics. Honest & fair pricing. Multiple types of communication phone call, text, & email for follow ups & appointment confirmations. I found that helpful. Easy to make an appointment online too.
