Texted the website to make sure I could get a stylist that could do what I wanted. Was told anyone could. Took off an afternoon of work for the appointment. Showed up, was told I need a test strand and the stylist would call me that night to discuss further planning. No call. Its been two days. I called today to follow up, mid day, left voicemail, no call back. I dont think this salon is the fit for me.

Scheduled a color consultation and the stylist seemed nice (seemed being the operative word). She took a sample of my hair to color test, promising a call back 4 days later with results/a plan for my hair, but it's been 2 weeks with no call. Very disappointed and see it as a total waste of my time. Moved on.

I asked for sun-kissed brunette highlights but instead got harsh yellow streaks that, once I washed my hair in the shower, turned brassy and an uneven cut with ruined texture. ( I got it fixed by Rai at Elevate Salon instituted and was ready to cry (hugged her instead) with how she fixed my hair from alchemy (I had thought my hair was ruined for good))
