Kari from Alchemy Collections was super informative during and after the purchase process for our Calligari Omnia table. She knew all the customization options off the top of her head, and she suggested we wait to order so that we could get a better price (July 4th at the time). She kept us updated during the entire shipment process and was very professional.
We went in to find a new sofa for our new place, and we bought the sofa displayed for floor sale which came with a huge markdown and is readily available. Otherwise it will take couple months for the sofa to be made and shipped here. However, I do think the sofa quality will worth the wait if you are not in a hurry. We are super happy with Alchemy Collections especially Kari. As a trade member she was very responsive and helpful to work with. Her follow up was impeccable, I know where our order was every step of the process and for such a custom order from an Italy we received it rather quickly. The table is gorgeous and my client is very happy. Great shop! I’d use the again in a heart beat.
I live in Dallas and found Alchemy online. In fact, my entire dealings were online via email communications. I ordered a custom Camerich sofa. Kari was my point of contact and was extraordinarily phenomenal, from first look to product delivery - she was always quick to respond with dimensions, configurations, colors and design. I am incredibly pleased and look forward to doing more business with Alchemy & Kari in the future.
This summer I purchased a fairly expensive freestanding cabinet made by a European manufacturer. Unfortunately, the build quality of the cabinet that arrived was subpar. The folks at Alchemy did a wonderful job supporting me to have the cabinet replaced. The new cabinet came quickly and was in great shape. Alchemy also gave me a discount for the headache. They couldn't have done anything more to make this process easier!
