My custom Eros is absolutely my favorite ride, just getting on it and riding it through the house (whilst my wife yells at me) can turn a bad day right side up! Can’t say enough about it, it’ll be a “forever” bike for me. Looking forward to seeing what else Alchemy can do as they go forward - nice work Alchemy team!

I got an Arktos 27.5 frame about 3 weeks ago. I'm coming from an Ibis HD3 that I've been running the last 2 years. I wanted an Arktos, but couldn't afford it at the time. The holiday sale got me. I've had about ½ dozen rides on this bike and am loving it. It's everything I loved about the Ibis and more. Exceptional all around ride for me-couldn't be more pleased. I had a few glitches with my order and customer service was excellent Build quality, aesthetics, and company ethos is top notch. Looking forward to tons 'o fun with... read more

I ordered a Arktos ST and I couldn’t be happier with it. Shipped as soon as the components I wanted were available. I got a travel bag so the bike shipped in that which made assembly quick and easy. I did have a minor discrepancy with the tires and reached out to Joel in customer service. He took care of the problem without hesitation. The bike rides great. The fork and shock combination make the bike climb as well as any bike I’ve ridden. Fit and finish are as good as all the top high end brands I’ve looked at. I’ve been st... read more

My husband Keith just completed the Cape to Cape MTB race in Western Australia. His 2 year old Arktos performed flawlessly. He prepped the bike, replacing the Sine suspension bearings and some worn parts with the helpful support from Alchemy’s Joel Smith. It was support par excellence by Alchemy and a race my husband thoroughly enjoyed.

I have two Arktos’. Just took the new 29 on its maiden ride and I have to say I was more than surprised... it climbs like a goat and goes downhill like that same goat being chase by a lion...mmWOW The 27.5 will start to feel a little un-used in a while...
