My first visit to Alchemy Arts was amazing! I have had a lot of stress, anxiety, and pain in my life. This was my first experience trying yoga to help ease some of my issues. I was welcomed warmly into a calming environment! Since this was my first time, there were a few things that were difficult for me but I was reminded that it's ok to go at my own pace.
