I attended a yoga practice at Alchemy Arts and found the instructor very knowledgeable about Trauma and PTSD. Also great yoga practice. I plan to involve myself more into the services they offer.

As soon as you walk in the door, you can feel the good vibes. Very tranquil environment, lemegan is amazing and does so much for our community. Love the little thrift store and all the decor. Very impressed.

My first visit to Alchemy Arts was amazing! I have had a lot of stress, anxiety, and pain in my life. This was my first experience trying yoga to help ease some of my issues. I was welcomed warmly into a calming environment! Since this was my first time, there were a few things that were difficult for me but I was reminded that it's ok to go at my own pace.
