I’ve been coming to here for over 5 years, specifically for massages. As a marathon runner who trains 6x a week, Ada is the only person I’ve seen who treats problem areas efficiently and effectively. Before every race, I book a session with Ada because I know it will put me in the best position to be successful.
I’ve been a regular patient of Michelle’s for over a decade. It’s mostly definitely been a game changer in helping my body heal. Whether it’s sinuses, gut issues, anxiety, or sleep; acupuncture has been such a relief and gift to myself. If you’re curious, do it! If you’re tired of nothing else working, do it! A friend of mine recommended Michelle for acupuncture and I’m so grateful she did! Michelle really listens and works with you to find a treatment and care plan to help bring balance back to your body. She helps suggest additional changes that fit my lifestyle that I can make to support the treatment to help heal the problem from its root instead of only dealing with the pain symptoms. I also see Dr. Naveed in the same location for chiro so it’s very convenient to have both practices in the same space!
