Not happy with my experience. Went in to the UES location. When I first went in, the provider was relaxing in one of the common area chairs charging her phone, as the office was empty. I’ve been getting Botox for 3 years now, and know how many units I always get and the amount that makes me very happy with my results. The provider did the consult and suggested I get 25 units over my normal amount. I understand that may be what they suggest, but it was all or nothing.
