I absolutely love the Newport Beach location! The GM Heather is truly an asset to their corporation. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate every single client, extremely professional, thorough and has the most upbeat and positive presence! Pegah R.N. also does incredible fillers, and soft handed, and professional. She really listens to the client and creates a well balanced facial profile with fillers. I am a client forever! A++++ Stellar Team!!!
So mad at myself for coming here. The medspa is nice and clean, and the receptionist was very sweet, but I do not recommend injector Diana. Two weeks later I still have very bad bruises! Her injection style was questionable from the start, so not surprised by the outcome.
From the moment I walked in, I was bombarded with hard-sell tactics — two employees trying to convince me I had to get at least 40 units of Botox, even though I clearly stated I only wanted 28 to 30. I’ve been getting 28 units for years, and it’s always given me the exact look I want — smooth, natural, and never frozen. I’ve had such a great experience at Alchemy 43 in Newport Beach! From the very first day I walked in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. They always make sure I feel comfortable every step of the way, explaining the treatments clearly and checking in often to see how I’m doing.
