BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. It feels like the new management and team are still trying to figure things out. Unfortunately, the experience isn't what it used to be, and I ended up canceling my membership because all of the staff I trusted are no longer there. Most of the positive reviews seem to reflect the previous team, not the current one.

I’ve been seeing Chandler for about a year now, and she is absolutely worth following wherever she goes. She recently moved to a new location about an hour from me, and I still make the drive because she’s that good. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always makes sure everything looks natural. I trust her completely, and my results have consistently been amazing. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend her.

I trust Nicci with all of my microtreatments. The team is highly credentialed and great with follow-up and check-ins (esp Karina). I always, always, always receive unsolicited compliments after visiting.
