This was my first time ever experiencing a sound bath and it definitely was amazing, they both did amazing job! I really felt relaxed and grounded. I ended up falling asleep. My body felt really heavy and then it twitched a little. Then I passed out. It was very relaxing loved it!
I love having Chris as my trainer! He keeps me motivated without being pushy and negative. He keeps it fun and positive and gets results! He listens and understands everyone wants something different and works with you to achieve your goals.

Chris is the best trainer I have ever had. He works specifically on what I need as a women about in her 50s. He works at my level and pushes just enough to surprise me what I can do. I have seen huge changes for the first time in a long time. I've lost inches gained energy and confidence has gone up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I LOVE Alchemy 399 Fitness. The facility is very clean! I’ve always been the girl that hates working out but since training with Chris I actually look forward to going to the gym! It’s a judgement free zone, super chill and fun! Chris works hard to customize workouts specifically for you! I’m SO much stronger now! Dodi is also a fantastic massage therapist, I’ve been a client for almost a decade now. She is a MUST for me! I HIGHLY recommend these two for your fitness and massage needs! 👏🏼
