Trainers and exercise flow are great! But this location has gotten a lot busier in recent months, and it makes working out less comfortable than it used to be due to equipment shortages and lack of space! I started coming during less popular class times to snag a decent spot and weights, but that doesn't always help. There were not enough 15-pound torps in the last two classes I attended, for example. Excellent workouts, friendly and professional coaching staff, awesome and supportive community, good vibes all around!
Love Alchemy! Challenging, but interesting HIIT workouts so things don’t feel monotonous. Friendly coaches and welcoming atmosphere. Modifications are options for tougher movements. I’ve been w. this program for almost 2 years and highly recommend. I’ve never left wishing I hadn’t come.
