They stated online if u miss your appointment; you get charged 50% the price for a haircut. You have 24 to call to cancel to void this charge. What if the customer calls regarding their haircut not being even cut; like one side longer than the other. I got my haircut on Friday oct 3/25 called Monday morning left a message. No one called to do a follow up the next day. I called the next day after 2pm left a message. Today is oct 7/25 and no response.
