The people is so nice
Very courteous and friendly staff and dentist. I'm nervous going to the dentist and they were able to keep me calm.
Since my first review was deleted, the dentist is very unprofessional and could not focus on my care, switched dentists and have been calling and leaving voicemails for over a month now to cancel my appointment and they finally as of today 1/23/2026 canceled it I've been calling since early December to cancel
The place is clean, the healthcare team is great, they're good at what they do. Unfortunately, this place is absolutely disorganized when it comes to time management. Never in my life have I ever had to be in a dental office for 3 hours. This was not a first time occurrence either. I have been here for dental cleaning, x-rays, tooth extraction, and fillings. My whole family comes to Alce Dental!!! They accommodate our schedules, they’re friendly, prompt and respectful. Although I’m terrified of going to the dentist, they made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and calmed my nerves while I was in the seat. I would suggest Alce Dental to all I come across.
