Absolutely loved our stay at the Alcazar! My mom was coming into town and I am so glad we chose to stay here for our visit to Palm Springs. Very accommodating that we could stay for just one night and it so reasonably priced. The grounds were clean, I always saw someone freshening up or cleaning something. The location is 10/10 right in the midst of shopping, restaurants, etc. We didn't have to get in our car! We walked everywhere. What a hidden gem! Beautiful-looking boutique hotel. Large, modern, spotless, and pleasant room, arranged around the pool with privacy shading. The hotel building offers two floors with breathtaking mountain views. The staff were excellent, super friendly, and responsive. TJ was fantastic & very helpful. The hotel is located in the design district of Palm Springs, with great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping stores all within walking distance.
