Been looking for storage to fit our needs and called so many places and I first called Atlas, and they must've been busy, but Micah called me back and I didn't even leave a vm! I mean right there I was taken a back. Micah was so wonderful in answering my questions and I told her I would have to talk to my business partner and call back tomorrow. Needed a storage unit in Ft Worth last minute and they got me set up same day. Storage was near my home and process was super easy. I loved that everything could be done online. Smooth move-in and great service!
I feel really bamboozled by these people and it’s frustrating because they seem so nice with good reviews. First of all when I signed up with them I told the sales associate at least five or six different times that I need a drive up unit so that I can get a LARGE truck to my unit. She did not in any way tell me how tight the driveways/roads are next to the unit. I had to do a 20 point turn to get my car out of the facility.
