I paid $599 from my FSA to have the ALCAT test performed. The communication back to me was very poor. When I did review the results, I did not have any foods that were red flags. Now my FSA is not wanting to cover the cost because the only documentation they provided for me was an invoice with the description as "MDVIP the works". I paid hundreds of dollars for a telomere blood test. The results were a number. There was no reference range. I called and spoke with Shawn Holmes who refused to tell me what the number meant. He told me the information was not available on their website or anywhere else. This was a complete waste of money. I feel like I was scammed.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this company needs to be exposed for their fraudulent practices. This place is a total scam. If you do decide to have a blood test done I’d recommend doing two tests using the same blood sent in under different names. You might be surprised by your results. Buyer beware.
