Rare gems!!! Yes Plural as I recently had the opportunity to visit this apartment complex after looking at a couple others in the local area and not only is the complex itself nice but the staff and the property manager Kristi were exceptional as well. Clean, presentable and everyone had great attitudes, even as they interacted with tenants. Clean, quiet and a lot more safe and upscale feeling in comparison to some of the other nearby apartments. I have had the privilege to manage and live at this property for the past 8 years, as well as raise my 3 children here. I can attest both as the property manager and a resident that this is a great place to live, yes it is apartment living so sometimes you may have noisy neighbors or someone may park in your parking space from time to time but we do our best to keep the communication lines open and maintain a happy, peaceful living environment for all (including myself).
