Got my LASIK with Dr. Shah. Monica, and the staff were great.
Made an appointment with ample time and they called to reschedule last minute and postponed appointment for over a month! When I did see the Dr. I asked for the prescription for contacts and he said go to the optometrist counter and get fitted. Now in order to get contacts I need to pay again. I should have cancelled my appointment when they postponed.

Scheduled my daughter's annual appointment. When I got there, I was told it wasn't for that office. Ive never had an appointment at another office before so I asked when somebody was planning to let me know. It was 10 minutes before my appointment time and I wouldn't make it to north mcallen. She suggested I could wait to be seen, but she could not assure me that I would be done in 2.5 hours when I needed to pick up my son. I got my lasik done here and was really nervous but they made me feel comfortable and the doctors were nice, there was this employee named monica and she was so sweet and made the financial process so much easier and explained everything so well with the aftercare process.
