I was there for an appointment for my Dad, everything seem okay the assistants seem knowledgeable. However the Doctor (I believe it was Dr. Sooy) was horrible at patient education. After the tests, I asked a few basic questions to clarify my father's condition, but she seemed to be in a rush and didn't answer them. First of all she should be the one taking the lead on educating us about the condition, but she has nothing to say not even to answer our questions (it's literally her speciality). Monica the coordinator for the procedures was very helpful through out the process. She went above and beyond. She made sure I was taken care from the moment I walked in. She reminded me every step of the way. I have a very busy schedule and she made it happen. Thank you so much for your texting and reminders I would not have done it without you!
Dr Shah is the best for eye surgery. I have weared glasses since 5-6 yr old so used ti them that it was a life style for me. I had tried Manriquez and Pena few years back and it was a no go they told I wasnt eligible. I went with Dr Shah just to try it out I am 42 already so vision was worst and worst as days passed.
