These guys tried to make me get an operation I did not need. After getting a second opinion, and seeing that what I needed was a lot more minor than what they wanted to do, they kicked me as a patient. No explanation nor an apology. This is a very shady place and I recommend you go to another office.
I really enjoyed my experience with Alcan Dental. As a new patient, I was very well taken care of by the staff. Dr. Brett and the entire team were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent service they provided and look forward to being a long-term patient. I highly recommend Alcan Dental!
Highly highly recommend. Every one of the staff is super friendly and they broke everything down better than I’ve ever had it broken down. They made their recommendations and were completely transparent on the costs. This will be the only dentist office I go to while living here in Anchorage.
